Competence:
- Experienced in supporting day to day line management of business needs in regards to organizational efficiency, change management, group facilitation skills and leadership development knowledge.
- Strong HR Generalist background and/or specialist experience in organization development, compensation, benefits, employment and labor relations preferred.
- Excellent skills building and maintaining internal client relationships.
- Experience in the full range of HR functional areas including, but not limited to, employee relations, and recruiting, planning and general HR initiatives.
- Excellent process development and management knowledge.
- Experience in a high-tech environment is a big plus.
- Strong analytical, planning skills and strategic thinking required.
- Working Knowledge and understanding of general management responsibility.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Proven leader with excellent human relations skills.
- Extensive Knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulations.
Education:
- Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and a minimum of 4-5 years of related experience including in a services organization preferably in a high tech industry.
