Responsibilities:
· Coordinates with the Customer Unit (CU), Project Management Office (PMO), Supply, and Finance to optimize and secure customer satisfaction for order and project setup, material procurement, and order fulfillment for all business situations
· Drives systematic improvement processes for forecast review/analysis to enable the materials organization to improve Supply Chain flexibility
· People management – Develops staffing strategies, individual performance goals, and priorities; reviews performance against the goals, plans, and grants salary increases as appropriate
· Holds responsibility for escalation issues and resolution with suppliers
· Inventory management -- Ensures alignment with sales projections and maintenance of inventory levels consistent with Ericsson cost goals
· Monitors the metrics and balanced scorecard to ensure that established customer satisfaction levels are met or exceeded
· Serves as the contact for Customer Units and Project Managers as it relates to project setup and/or order fulfillment
· Coordinates order fulfillment activities to ensure customer orders are delivered according to project or customer requirements
· Receives, confirms and follows up on customer purchase orders
· Participates in project setup meetings, documents, and executes on agreed project setup structure
· Oversees SAP workflow for sales orders, purchase orders, deliveries, and invoices
· Ensures SOX key control (KC) according to the description of each KC
